Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in accounting or a related field.
• Enrollment in BA/MA or LLM program in accounting, taxation, or law required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong research and analytical abilities are expected.
• Proficiency with MS Office and legal/tax research databases encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tax consulting on international issues and cross-border matters under supervision.
• Develop and implement work plans for assigned clients and monitor developments.
• Conduct tax research, analyze authorities, and prepare written tax advice.
• Support international tax compliance and use tax software to aid reporting.
• Familiarize with ASC 740‑10 and tax tech tools under guidance.
