Job summary

BDO USA, PC is seeking a Tax Intern for International Tax Services to support cross-border tax engagements and client advisory activities. You will conduct tax research, analyze international tax issues, and assist with tax compliance using firm software under supervision.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in accounting, taxation, or LLM programs, with strong written and verbal communication and a collaborative mindset. Prior internship experience is a plus, and a CPA track is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Accounting, Taxation or LLM, required.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with international tax consulting and cross-border transactions.
• Conduct tax research and analyze international tax issues.
• Assist in preparing Written Tax Advice (WTA) and tax compliance forms.
• Use firm tax software and databases (RIA, BNA, LexisNexis) under supervision.
