Job summary

BDO USA, P.A. is seeking a Tax Manager, International Tax Services to guide multinational clients through cross-border planning, compliance, and controversy.

You will lead tax projects, model international impacts, and coordinate with global teams while mentoring tax associates and contributing to business development. The role requires a four-year+ background in corporate or international tax, a CPA or equivalent, and degrees such as JD/LLM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; JD/LLM/MBT preferred.
• CPA or Attorney credentials required or equivalent.
• At least 4 years in corporate or international tax.
• Experience supervising tax professionals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise multinational clients on international tax matters.
• Manage and coordinate international tax compliance and filings.
• Develop tax planning and research; provide written tax advice.
• Train and mentor tax associates; contribute to business development.
