OKX is seeking a seasoned Head of Tax Information Reporting to lead our global reporting function. You will own CARF, DAC8, CRS 2.0, FATCA, and 1099-DA programs, shaping data specs and QA across entities worldwide.

You will manage vendors, define policies, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Product to ensure timely, accurate filings while navigating US/EU regulatory nuances. Remote-friendly with US/EU preference.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in tax information reporting or regulatory data reporting.
• Experience with global exchanges or digital asset platforms.
• Strong data quality controls and ledger reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own CARF, DAC8, CRS 2.0, FATCA, and 1099-DA reporting cycles.
• Define data specs for engineers and oversee data pipelines.
• Build and run QA, reconcile files to source, and ensure filing accuracy.
• Manage tax platform vendor contracts, calendars, and testing.
• Set group reporting policy and interpret regimes across jurisdictions.
• Design onboarding self-certification and DAC8 account restrictions.
• Maintain readiness trackers and report to leadership weekly.
