Job summary

OKX is hiring a Head of Tax Information Reporting to build and run a global tax information reporting function covering CARF, DAC8, CRS 2.0, FATCA, and 1099-DA across multiple entities. You will own data extraction, reconciliation, and filings, and manage the reporting vendor and QA processes with cross‑functional partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in tax information reporting, tax operations, or regulatory data reporting at a global exchange, broker, bank, fintech, or digital asset platform.
• Hands-on experience with exchange or wallet transaction data across many jurisdictions.
• Strong data skills: write SQL, define data specs, reconcile large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end CARF, DAC8, CRS 2.0, FATCA, and 1099-DA reporting cycle for every OKX entity in scope.
• Define and own the data specification that feeds the tax platform vendor.
• Build and run the QA framework and ensure filings meet tax authority requirements.
• Manage the tax platform vendor contracts, calendars, tests, and delivery.
• Set and interpret group reporting policy across regimes; liaise with Legal and advisers.
