Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a General Ledger Accountant / Senior Accountant to manage global ledger activities in NetSuite across multiple entities and currencies. You will own month-end close, intercompany accounting, and tax support to help scale our international footprint.

Responsibilities include maintaining intercompany balances, performing reconciliations, and ensuring audit-ready financial statements under US GAAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting or audit experience in SaaS or usage-based revenue.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 740, and related standards.
• Experience with US federal/state taxes and international tax frameworks.
• Proficient in NetSuite and QuickBooks; strong Excel/Office skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support global tax compliance efforts and coordinate with external advisors.
• Prepare and maintain tax-related balance sheet reconciliations and schedules.
• Own and maintain general ledger accounting in NetSuite across entities.
• Partner with Payroll and People Ops for global payroll accounting.
• Manage balance sheet accounts for international subsidiaries.
• Execute month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidation.
• Maintain intercompany transactions including billing, settlements, eliminations.
• Support multi-currency accounting and US GAAP translations.
