DocuSign is seeking an experienced International Tax Director to lead global tax strategy, planning and risk management for our rapidly growing, technology-driven business. This role partners with the VP of Tax and cross-functional teams to drive international tax planning, transfer pricing and Pillar Two readiness.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in audits, OECD BEPS, and structuring for a multinational tech company, and will oversee tax compliance, audits, and global expansion

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant international tax experience.
• Hands-on leadership in audits, transfer pricing, and Pillar Two.
• Experience with OECD BEPS and planning for multinational tech companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead global international tax strategy and cross-border structuring to support expansion.
• Partner with the VP of Tax on planning, M&A, international tax, transfer pricing, and expansion matters.
• Own Pillar Two and OECD BEPS initiatives and ensure compliance and reporting.
• Manage international tax audits, transfer pricing examinations, and coordinate responses with advisors.
• Design and maintain intercompany pricing and documentation for IP, services, and cost sharing.
• Lead tax due diligence for acquisitions and new market entries and develop tax roadmaps.
• Develop scalable models to analyze effective tax rate and cash tax impacts.
