Responsibilities span cross-border structuring, transfer pricing, and partner tax planning, with leadership of the tax team and tech-enabled processes.

The role requires extensive experience, advanced Excel skills, CPA credentials, and the ability to manage global tax priorities across jurisdictions.

Formación

• In-depth knowledge of US federal, state, local, and international tax law applied to large partnerships.
• Experience with transfer pricing and US foreign operations taxation.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee preparation of work papers for US and non-US tax filings.
• Lead partner tax reporting and withholding processes.
• Advise on tax implications of partner admissions and moves.
• Develop and implement tax governance, risk management and policy.
