Qualifications

• Strong ASC 740 knowledge and experience coordinating tax reporting across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing quarterly income tax provisions and external advisors.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Manage quarterly income tax provision and ASC 740 analyses.
• Coordinate information requests for federal, state, and local compliance.
• Serve as primary internal coordinator for annual tax return and year-end provision workstreams.
• Review tax deliverables from external advisors (tax returns, estimates, analyses).
• Track filing deadlines, extensions, and estimated payments.
• Maintain tax calendars, process documentation, and internal controls.
