Appen Limited seeks a Strategic Sourcer to join a new global sourcing hub focused on finding contributors for complex AI projects across translation, legal, medical, scientific, and technical fields.

You will partner with the Sourcing Lead, Recruitment, and Delivery to turn requirements into effective searches and rapidly scale sourcing when projects require high volumes. The role blends hands-on sourcing with AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop new approaches when traditional methods fail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience using sourcing data and funnel metrics to inform decisions and improve results.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for specialized, hard-to-reach, and high-volume needs.
• Explore communities, networks, referrals, and non-traditional channels to engage contributors.
• Translate project requirements into targeted searches and adapt strategies as needs evolve.
• Communicate sourcing progress, challenges, and market feedback, and flag potential risks.
• Use sourcing data and funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks, test approaches, and improve performance.
• Use AI and automation in research, outreach, analysis, and sourcing workflows to improve efficiency.
