Appen is seeking a Strategic Sourcer to join our new global sourcing hub, identifying contributors for complex AI projects across translation, legal, medical, and technical fields. You will partner with the Sourcing Lead, Recruitment, and Delivery to translate requirements into searches and rapidly scale sourcing when needed.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop new approaches when traditional sourcing methods are not effective.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience using sourcing data and funnel metrics to inform decisions and improve results.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for specialized, hard-to-reach, and high-volume needs.
• Explore communities, networks, referrals, and non-traditional channels to find and engage contributors.
• Translate project requirements into targeted searches and adapt strategies as needs evolve.
• Communicate sourcing progress, challenges, and market feedback, and flag potential risks.
• Use sourcing and conversion data to identify bottlenecks, test approaches, and improve performance.
• Use AI and automation in research, outreach, analysis, and sourcing workflows to improve efficiency.
