Job summary

Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is seeking a specialist in proactive sourcing to support its Global Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on complex, niche searches and candidate engagement across CHAI's international portfolio.

You will develop market intelligence, build target lists, and work closely with recruiters to ensure the right candidates are identified and engaged before a search begins.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sourcing or talent acquisition role with proactive direct sourcing of passive candidates.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills and Boolean capability for finding candidates not actively on the market.
• Ability to build market intelligence outputs to inform search strategy and discussions with hiring managers.
• Comfortable partnering with recruiters without owning searches end-to-end.
• Strong outreach and engagement skills with personalised, credible messaging.
• Attention to detail when reviewing large candidate volumes with clear dispositions.
• A working knowledge of global health or international development helps engaging candidates credibly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies across CHAI's global hiring portfolio.
• Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, and targeted outreach; maintain alumni as a channel.
• Create market intelligence outputs and candidate maps for recruiters and hiring managers before searches begin.
• Engage passive candidates warmly and in alignment with CHAI's mission, guiding them into the process.
• Build long lists by screening large candidate pools with high accuracy and consistent dispositioning.
• Refine outreach strategies using data and feedback, sharing successful approaches with the team.
• Utilise CHAI's sourcing and TA tech stack, including AI-enabled tools, to improve speed and quality.
• Track sourcing channel effectiveness and focus efforts where they perform best.
• Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline data in iCIMS and hand over context-rich profiles to recruiters.
