The role emphasizes engagement of passive candidates, rigorous data handling in iCIMS, and continuous process refinement to improve search quality and speed.

Qualifications

• Experience in proactive, direct sourcing of passive candidates across disciplines and geographies.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean capability.
• Ability to build market intelligence outputs—candidate and market maps, supply and demand analyses.
• Comfortable partnering with recruiters without owning searches end-to-end.
• High attention to detail with data integrity in candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Work with recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies across CHAI's global portfolio.
• Source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, and targeted outreach.
• Create market intelligence outputs for recruiters and hiring managers before a search begins.
• Engage passive candidates warmly and credibly, aligned with CHAI's mission.
• Build long lists and manage large candidate volumes with clear dispositioning.
• Refine outreach strategies using data feedback and share successful approaches.
• Utilize CHAI's sourcing and TA tech stack, including AI-enabled tools.
• Track and report sourcing channel effectiveness for prioritization.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in iCIMS and hand off with context.
