Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, or related field required.
• Minimum two years' experience in a global or reputable organization in the same capacity.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiar with social media and HR brand efforts.
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies and talent pool management.
• Understanding of HR practices and employment laws globally.
• Able to communicate clearly and work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Builds and implements sourcing strategy.
• Understands and executes trends and best practices in sourcing and talent attraction.
• Builds talent pipelines from social media, job boards, niche sites, open web, and other platforms.
• Creates candidate pipelines ahead of need and in real time.
• Leverages ATS/CRM pipelines to source candidates.
• Collaborates with recruiters to develop market strategy and share competitive intelligence.
• Partners with HR business partners and hiring managers to establish relationships.
• Supports recruitment marketing and events initiatives as needed.
• Provides feedback on candidates to improve procedures and meets KPIs.
