Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle from intake with leadership to final offer.
• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
• Provide a seamless, respectful Blacksmith standard experience to all candidates.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent for speed.
• Keep a data-driven pipeline and keep hiring managers informed.
