Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Recruiter with 2+ years of full-cycle experience to join a design-forward web agency. Fully remote (South Africa) but capable of engaging global talent across multiple regions.

You will own the hiring process from intake to offer, partnering with our executive team to find top-tier talent across Sales, Design, Development, and Strategy. You’ll maintain a warm candidate experience and rigorously assess cultural fit and performance potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in tech, digital, or creative agency environments.
• Strong communication and assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruitment cycle from intake to offer.
• Source candidates globally across US, LATAM, India, and beyond.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience aligned with Blacksmith standards.
• Vet cultural fit and performance potential in every hire.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelancers and full-time talent for fast startup needs.
• Keep hiring managers informed with a clean, data-driven ATS pipeline.
