Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions in Jacksonville, FL seeks a strategic recruiter leader to build a best-in-class Direct Source program for a Global 500 client. You will grow relationships with hiring managers and support delivery on multiple open roles monthly.

Collaborate with senior leaders on marketing initiatives, become expert in client culture and strategic goals, and drive end-to-end talent delivery in a private environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of complex contingent labor programs is required.
• Understanding of modern recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Experience supporting US and Canada-based clients.
• Familiarity with ATS administration is preferred.
• Experience with MSP or contingent workforce programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build a best-in-class Direct Source program for a Global 500 client.
• Grow relationships with hiring managers and support delivery on 10–20 open roles monthly.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on internal and external marketing initiatives.
