Tundra Technical Solutions in Minneapolis, MN, is hiring for a Direct Source Recruiter role within our IT and engineering staffing practice. The selected candidate will build a best-in-class Direct Source program for a Global 500 client and manage 10–20 open roles per month, growing relationships with hiring managers and delivering top talent.

• Knowledge of complex contingent labor programs and how they are managed.
• Familiar with modern recruitment processes and best practices.
• Understanding of the workforce industry and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Build a best-in-class Direct Source program for our Global 500 client.
• Grow relationships with hiring managers and support delivery on up to 10–20 open roles monthly.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to create internal and external marketing initiatives.
• Enable delivery by supporting the dedicated delivery team.
• Become an expert in the client’s culture, values, projects, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and execute a client strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Engage client leaders to qualify requirements and map to the client’s strategy.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of top talent within the client’s private environment.
• Ensure best-in-class service through recruitment practices and fulfillment.
