Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Marketing Technologies Director to lead PlayStation's global marketing technology org across engineering, product management, UX, measurement, and data. This leader owns the technology vision, architecture, product strategy, and roadmap for platforms used by marketers worldwide to reach hundreds of millions of players.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, data engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent practical experience is acceptable.
12+ years of experience across software or data engineering, technical product management, and marketing technology, including leadership of global teams.
Direct software or data engineering experience and a record of leading engineering teams that built and operated production marketing technology systems.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for marketing technology engineering, product management, and UX, with clear goals and accountability for delivery.
Own end-to-end delivery and operation of global marketing platforms from discovery to launch and adoption.
Define the marketing technology product vision and prioritize a multi-year roadmap.
