Colgate-Palmolive in New York is seeking a Global People Development Specialist / Sr. Specialist to design and implement enterprise talent strategies and capability frameworks that empower employees across Colgate-Palmolive to own their growth.

Reporting to the People Development Leadership team, this role drives the modernization of our core talent ecosystem—integrating performance, succession, career pathing, and responsible AI.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional HR experience with talent management or organizational development.
• Experience supporting cross-functional HR projects and change management initiatives.
• Foundational HRIS knowledge and core HR technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Design, govern, and scale global talent management processes and frameworks.
• Architect change management strategies to evolve performance, succession, and development practices.
• Equip global PBPs and PXPs with standardized playbooks, analytics, and shared frameworks.
• Partner on HR tech and responsible AI initiatives delivering insights and fair talent decisions.
• Define measurement frameworks and ROI metrics for talent programs.
