Job summary

Sabre Corporation is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Talent to lead global talent acquisition, talent management, and learning & development. This executive will drive recruitment strategy, leadership development, succession planning, and employee experience as part of the People leadership team.

The role oversees end-to-end talent lifecycle, including headcount planning, performance management, and internal mobility, with a focus on AI-enabled talent operations and data-driven decision

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership spanning Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning & Development in global/high-growth organizations.
• Experience designing and scaling career frameworks, performance systems, succession models and enterprise L&D programs.
• Strong data analytics using HRIS and workforce planning platforms to track turnover, cost-per-hire, internal mobility, and influence strategy.
• Hands-on familiarity with evaluating and implementing AI tools to streamline talent operations and upskill teams.
• Ability to partner with senior executives and People Team leaders to align human capital with business goals.

Responsibilities
