Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a Global Technology Operations Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead the evolution of recruiting technology globally. You will direct TA platforms, drive efficiency, and ensure compliant, scalable tech adoption across regions.

In this role, you will partner with multiple functions, govern AI-enabled recruiting initiatives, and shape the candidate experience through data-driven decisions and process design.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Technology or Recruiting Systems.
• Experience implementing or supporting AI-enabled recruiting technologies is highly desirable.
• Strong governance, data and compliance practices across recruiting tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Talent Acquisition technology platforms including ATS, CRM and related tools.
• Drive process improvements to streamline recruiting and improve user experience.
• Lead evaluation, implementation and governance of emerging TA technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Establish governance and controls across recruiting systems, processes and data.
• Partner with Technology, Legal, Compliance and Risk to meet regulatory and security standards.
• Monitor metrics and identify opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness and adoption.
• Lead change management: communications, training and adoption strategies for new tools.
• Advise Talent Acquisition leaders on technology, compliance, process optimisation and innovation.
