Job summary

Aon is seeking a Global Technology Operations Manager for Talent Acquisition to shape and modernise our recruiting technology globally. You will lead platforms, governance, and AI-enabled solutions while partnering with Legal, Compliance and Risk to ensure regulatory and ethical standards.

The role emphasizes optimisation of ATS/CRM, data-driven decisions, and stakeholder management across a global matrix. A strong change-management and process-improvement mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Talent Acquisition operations and recruiting tech platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ATS/CRM governance and data handling.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements in recruiting workflows.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with tech, data and change management.
• Understanding of recruiting compliance and data privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Talent Acquisition technology platforms (ATS/CRM).
• Drive continuous improvement to streamline recruiting processes.
• Lead evaluation and governance of emerging TA technologies, including AI.
• Establish governance across recruiting systems, processes and data.
• Partner with Legal/Compliance/Risk to meet standards.
• Monitor metrics to improve recruiting effectiveness and adoption.
• Lead change management and training for new tools and processes.
• Advise TA leaders on technology, compliance and innovation.
