Megaport is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global TA team and help scale our hiring across time zones. You’ll be deeply connected to our teams, shaping hiring needs and welcoming Megaporters as we expand.

The role suits someone who thrives on independence, takes initiative, and makes confident decisions in a fast-paced environment. You’ll partner with leaders worldwide and recruit in new countries as we grow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience across a diverse portfolio of roles.
• Naturally curious and eager to learn, with ability to improve craft and adapt to new teams, markets, and roles.
• Comfortable working independently and remotely while staying connected with the People & Culture team across locations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles and partner with teams to attract and hire exceptional talent.
• Source talent through networks, proactive outreach, referrals, and thoughtful candidate conversations.
• Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guiding the recruitment process to achieve the best outcomes.
• Create a smooth, engaging, and memorable candidate experience that reflects Megaport’s culture from first conversation through onboarding.
• Keep processes tidy and organized, from ATS updates to contracts and onboarding support.
• Provide support and knowledge-sharing to members of the TA team to build confidence and capability.
• Share best practices and insights with the wider TA team to strengthen recruitment approaches.
