Job summary

Toptal is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Sourcing team. You will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop strategic sourcing that attracts top technical experts, focusing on exceptional candidate experience and a track record of recruiting global technical talent. This is a remote position.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 4 years of experience sourcing or recruiting global technical talent.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate research, outreach, and pipeline management.
Strong understanding of global talent pools and sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and tune a rigorous sourcing strategy to identify top software development experts and build a stable pipeline of global talent.
Identify, reach out, and attract relevant professionals to drive growth of Toptal’s technical talent community.
Monitor and maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to grow sourcing operations and meet KPIs.
Use cutting-edge internal tools to enhance sourcing efforts.
