Megaport, a global leader in Network as a Service (NaaS), is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our remote-first, globally distributed People & Culture team. You will own end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio, partner with leaders, and attract exceptional talent as we scale.

You will be energized by independence, take initiative, and drive efficient hiring across multiple time zones and countries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience managing a diverse portfolio of roles across the business.
• Ability to handle 10–20+ open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently and remotely while staying connected with the team.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to influence decisions and navigate the recruitment process.
• Source talent through networks, proactive outreach, referrals and meaningful candidate conversations.
• Create a smooth, engaging candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Keep ATS updated and coordinate contracts and onboarding support.
• Share best practices and contribute to team-wide recruitment improvements.
