Ford Motor Company in the United States is seeking a Global TA Operations Program Lead to advance the Global Talent Acquisition function by leading strategic programs and portfolio priorities.

You will strengthen operational alignment, identify cross-functional efficiencies, and enable consistent prioritization, governance, and execution across global TA Operations, recruiting leadership, and country points of contact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting tools, processes, and systems experience.
• 3+ years of experience with recruiting optimization programs and/or recruiting processes.
• 2+ years of experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Visier, or similar reporting and analytics platforms.
• 3+ years of Global Talent Acquisition experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive end-to-end recruiting process improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate strategies into scalable operations.
• Drive operational efficiencies and change management initiatives.
• Lead program portfolio, governance, and roadmap across global TA.
• Coordinate across country points of contact with standardized practices.
• Provide operational metrics and leadership updates on priorities and risks.
• Monitor TA technology capabilities and inform roadmaps.
• Support broader Global Talent Acquisition initiatives.
• Deliver priority programs from planning through execution and close.
