Job summary

Quaker Houghton is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to own full lifecycle recruiting across non-exempt and exempt roles. You will design recruitment strategies and deliver results while building strong relationships with business stakeholders in a fast-paced, global setting.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years of recruiting experience, strong knowledge of ATS (Workday preferred), and a consultative approach to long-term talent planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• 6+ years of recruiting experience in agency and/or corporate settings.
• Strong full-lifecycle recruiting experience with a track record in competitive markets.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System; Workday experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence outcomes.
• Ability to act as a consultant/strategist for long-term talent planning.
• Able to handle highly sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage requisitions through full lifecycle including strategy meetings, job descriptions, postings, sourcing, phone interviews, scheduling, debriefs, and offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop talent strategies.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies using data and market insights.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, networks, social media, and career fairs.
• Build relationships with associations, universities, and alumni groups.
• Provide an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience with regular updates.
• Conduct interviews to assess fit and train managers on interview techniques.
• Promote employer brand across channels to attract top talent.
• Negotiate and extend offers, ensuring smooth onboarding.
