Tiffany & Co.'s Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team is seeking an Operations and Program Management Specialist to help shape our global talent strategy and equip worldwide HR and recruitment teams with industry-leading processes, tools, and resources to attract, engage, and retain top talent.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition operations, program management, or HR project roles.
• Experience developing and optimizing global TA processes and policies.
• Knowledge of recruitment compliance across geographies.
• Strong project management, communication, and data interpretation skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and maintenance of global TA processes and policies across the talent lifecycle.
• Partner with leadership to execute inclusive hiring aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with recruiters, HRBPs, and stakeholders to align recruitment with organizational goals.
• Design and deliver ORC training and upskilling for global teams.
• Audit compliance and coordinate internal/external audits with legal and HR teams.
• Oversee vendor management, budget reconciliation, and ad hoc GTA projects.
