Job summary

Seed Company in Arlington, TX, seeks a Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist to attract and integrate mission-aligned talent across the United States and internationally. You will own end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offers and lead a hospitality-centered onboarding process that immerses new hires in Seed Company's culture and ministry-focused work.

The role emphasizes collaboration with hiring managers, HR partners, and Learning & Development to ensure compliant, high-quality candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience in a ministry environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems, including applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and pre-hire coordination.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies for role-specific pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to align role requirements, compensation, and start dates.
• Manage Seed Company's employer presence on job boards and social platforms; create recruitment collateral.
• Maintain ATS and recruiting reports; track and report key hiring metrics.
• Attend recruitment events to build a diverse talent pool.
• Train hiring managers on interview techniques and assessment methods.
• Lead onboarding, designing a high-touch process that reflects Seed Company culture.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics: pre-hire comms, equipment, workspace, systems access, orientation.
• Collaborate with Learning and Development to integrate onboarding resources for long-term success.
• Collect new-hire feedback to identify gaps and improve onboarding experience.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and policies.
