Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking a Manager, Global Talent Acquisition to define and execute our global talent strategy. You will partner with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs, manage executive recruiting, and drive governance and analytics across a globally distributed team.

You’ll lead a cross-functional People Team, shaping workforce planning and talent intelligence to support rapid, sustainable growth in a remote-first organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• 5+ years of recruiting leadership experience.
• Significant SaaS or high-growth technology recruiting experience.
• Executive recruiting experience and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Cloudbeds’ global Talent Acquisition strategy.
• Partner with executives to forecast hiring needs and align objectives.
• Lead executive and senior leadership searches globally.
• Drive workforce planning, governance, and recruitment analytics.
