Job summary

Cloudbeds is a remote-first, high-growth SaaS company transforming hospitality. We are seeking a Manager, Global Talent Acquisition to define and execute a global TA strategy, partner with executives on workforce planning, and lead an international recruiting team across Customer Success, GTM, Product, Engineering, and more.

You will drive hiring analytics, governance, and a superior candidate experience while partnering with leaders to shape workforce design and growth.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
5+ years of recruiting leadership experience.
Significant SaaS or high-growth technology recruiting experience.
Executive recruiting experience.
Experience leading globally distributed recruiting teams.
Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and evolve Cloudbeds’ global Talent Acquisition strategy.
Partner with executives to anticipate hiring needs and translate objectives into scalable programs.
Lead executive and senior leadership searches across functions globally.
Collaborate with Finance, People, and business leaders on workforce planning and talent intelligence.
Improve recruiting operations, governance, processes, and analytics.
Coach and develop a high-performing distributed Recruiting team.
Influence senior leaders and drive business outcomes with data-driven insights.
