Job summary

Elevance Health in Richmond, VA is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for the business. This contract role requires partnering with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing offers while delivering a superior candidate experience.

The role supports hybrid work with in-office requirements once weekly and is ideal for candidates with a BA in HR/Marketing/Communications, 3+ years TA experience, and familiarity with Workday.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA degree in HR, marketing, or communications and at least 3 years in talent acquisition.
• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates is required.
• Ability to engage with candidates persuasively and to influence hiring managers in a consultative way.

Responsibilities

• Advise and consult the business on talent fit; oversee sourcing, screening, and interview processes.
• Sell the role and company brand to candidates.
• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition ensuring a superior candidate experience.
• Partner with HR business partners and TA program managers.
• Serve as single point of contact for candidates and hiring managers.
• Direct sourcers and coordinators to support seamless candidate process.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close offers; communicate decisions to candidates.
• Utilize technologies to maximize efficiency and quality.
