Job summary

Stagwell is building a central Talent Acquisition hub to support Media and Commerce recruiting across the global segment. The Associate, Talent Acquisition will assist with sourcing, coordination, recruiting administration, and full-cycle hiring while partnering with TA team members, hiring managers, and HR partners.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and an interest in developing expertise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and at least 1 year of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR coordination, staffing or related experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, job boards, or other talent attraction channels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing timely, professional support to candidates and hiring teams.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort tracking recruiting activity, metrics, and candidate information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar recruiting tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, job boards, and other talent attraction channels.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain timely candidate communication, and help deliver a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Assist with interview preparation, candidate tracking, feedback collection, and hiring process follow-up.
• Support offer preparation, approvals, and candidate communication under the guidance of Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Contribute to talent attraction initiatives through networking, referrals, social recruiting, and employer branding activities.
• Help maintain and improve recruiting processes, systems, templates, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team members, share sourcing insights, and participate in team projects and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and follow employment laws, company policies, and hiring procedures throughout the recruitment process.
