Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Manager, HR Technology - Recruiting & Journeys to lead product strategy for Oracle Recruiting and Journeys, partnering with Oracle product teams and HR leaders to deliver a superior user experience.

You will own the product roadmap, manage analysts, and collaborate across HR, IT, and Digital HR to enable scalable, compliant HR technology solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in HR, MIS, CS, or related field and/or commensurate work experience.
• 5+ years with Master’s or 8+ years with Bachelor's in HR Technology or related field.
• Minimum 7 years as Product Owner in HR Tech space.
• 5+ years Oracle Recruiting or Journeys experience.
• 5+ years of proven management experience documenting processes, procedures & workflows.
• 2+ years working with agile delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish, own, and share a collective product vision and roadmap for Oracle Recruiting and Journeys.
• Lead and support a team of analysts and oversee design, configuration, testing, delivery, and maintenance of system enhancements.
• Prioritize incidents, enhancements and projects based on feasibility, risk, and ROI.
