Job summary

Clarivate Analytics US LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition leader to guide a small, global team supporting a complex business. You will partner with senior leaders, HR partners, and colleagues to align hiring priorities, improve outcomes, and deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring-leader experience.

You will personally own critical searches when needed and coach the team to operate with an enterprise-level perspective and hands-on ownership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience, ideally in a global, matrixed, or fast-moving environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring Talent Acquisition professionals across geographies or business areas.
• Strong executive presence and ability to partner effectively with senior business and HR leaders.
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting for complex, specialized, or senior-level roles.
• Ability to translate business priorities into practical, high-impact recruiting strategies.
• Strong judgment, learning agility, and the ability to figure things out in ambiguous situations.
• A hands-on leadership style, with the willingness to personally own searches, processes, and outcomes when needed.
• Proficient in English and comfortable working with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a small global Talent Acquisition team, creating clarity, focus, and momentum across priorities.
• Serve as a player-coach by managing key searches directly while enabling the broader team to deliver with excellence.
• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, talent gaps, and market dynamics.
• Develop practical recruiting strategies that balance speed, quality, candidate experience, and business impact.
• Support hiring for a range of roles across consulting, sales, software development, research, analytics, product, and other specialized areas.
• Provide guidance and challenge to hiring leaders on role definition, candidate profiles, market realities, selection approach, and offer strategy.
• Use recruiting data and insights to identify risks, improve progress, and inform decisions.
• Help the team prioritize work, remove barriers, and stay focused on the highest-impact outcomes.
• Strengthen collaboration across Talent Acquisition, HR, business leaders, and other partners to ensure a connected and consistent hiring experience.
• Model inclusive leadership by creating an environment where perspectives are heard, people are supported, and the team succeeds together.
