Job description

As the Global Talent Acquisition Leader, you will lead the Talent Acquisition function worldwide, with direct oversight of the teams in North America, India, the United Kingdom, and every other region where the company operates. You will be responsible for designing, standardizing, and scaling a world‑class recruiting operation, blending regional best practices into a coherent global strategy. A core pillar of this role is the digital transformation of the function: you will identify opportunities for process optimization and lead the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and automation to improve efficiency, hiring quality, and candidate experience across all regions. This role requires a combination of strategic vision, flawless operational execution, people leadership across cultures and time zones, and a strong data‑ and innovation‑driven mindset.

Duties & Responsibilities
Global Strategic Leadership

  • Represent Talent Acquisition in global HR leadership forums, providing perspective on market trends, risks, and opportunities.
Multi‑Regional Team Leadership
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the recruiting teams across North America, India, the United Kingdom, and other regions, building high‑performing teams.

  • Establish governance structures and communication cadences across regional teams to ensure global alignment and consistency.
  • Partner closely with HR leaders, HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Talent Management, and DEIB to support global organizational strategy.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR on headcount planning, budget, and compensation decisions by region.
Process Optimization & AI‑Driven Innovation
  • Lead the identification, redesign, and automation of end‑to‑end recruiting processes, removing inefficiencies and reducing time‑to‑fill globally.
  • Evaluate, implement, and scale Artificial Intelligence tools applied to sourcing, screening, candidate matching, interview scheduling, and predictive analytics.
  • Serve as the functional sponsor for administering and optimizing the ATS (Greenhouse or others), ensuring efficient, scalable configuration across all regions.
  • Develop data analytics dashboards and models (conversion funnel, quality of hire, cost per hire, diversity) to drive data‑informed decisions.
  • Own the digital transformation roadmap for TA, continuously evaluating new technologies (AI recruiting tools, chatbots, assessment platforms) against expected ROI.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on recruiting best practices, continuously benchmarking against global industry standards.
