Job summary

Stack's Bowers Galleries is seeking a Systems & Network Engineer to support live and internet numismatic auctions from our Costa Mesa headquarters. The role covers desktop to enterprise VoIP, LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi, hybrid cloud (Azure), and security operations across multiple global locations, with on-call availability.

You will support Griffin Studio and Apex Streams, configure hybrid cloud resources, manage Nutanix AHV, ensure uptime for auction operations, and implement SSO/identity federation across

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in Active Directory, server administration, and Exchange administration.
• Strong experience with Azure architecture, Nutanix, Terraform, and GitHub.
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT/OT support for live auctions and Griffin Studio operations, onsite and remote.
• Design and manage Azure-based networks, storage, DR and identity.
• Administer on-prem and cloud infrastructure, AD, DNS, DHCP, VPN, backups, and security tooling.
• Handle 24x7 on-call support for global offices and auction streams.
• Maintain and patch endpoints, deploy software, and automate routine tasks.
• Support building access, CCTV and security systems as needed.
