Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline.
• Minimum 3-8 years' experience supporting multi-site global manufacturing operations.
• Experience with Microwave or kitchen equipment is a plus.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Strong customer-service mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple global projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Set and own system requirements and architectures for new product development.
• Establish the systems engineering V-model as the standard development philosophy.
• Build, standardize, and mature systems engineering processes and documentation.
• Lead sustaining engineering, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
• Drive disciplined technical review rigor across the product lifecycle.
• Build and lead a global systems engineering team integrating subsystems.
