Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking a Production Specialist to coordinate the sourcing, ordering, and delivery of personalized swag to global clients. Remote (U.S.

Eastern Time) or hybrid in the New York area, you will work with the Swag Sourcing team to ensure proofs, approvals, and on-time delivery while supporting the procurement process. You’ll thrive as an organized coordinator who works independently and with a team in a fast-paced startup environment, delivering accurate orders and excellent client

Qualifications

• 2 years or more in the branded merchandise industry.
• Experience with promotional product software like CommonSKU/Hoops/MPower Promo.
• Proficiency with vector artwork software (Illustrator/Affinity Designer).
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot or other sales CRMs.
• Ability to create and communicate personalized or printed hard goods and apparel.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end sourcing swag with the Project Lead, from personalized products to delivery to Reachdesk’s global clients.
• Support client proposals alongside the Project Lead.
• Provide regular order updates to build trust and drive repeat orders.
• Coordinate orders across vendors, crosschecking pricing, shipping and decoration.
• Collaborate with suppliers to create proofs and obtain client approval.
• Obtain and confirm shipping dates from suppliers.
• Fulfill product delivery by building shipping notices and scheduling deliveries.
• Liaise with couriers and prepare customs paperwork.
• Assign tracking numbers and share updates with clients.
• Manage order details and billing to ensure accuracy.
• Problem solve with the Project Lead to meet SLAs.
• Assist with FedEx bills post-delivery.
