Ladders is seeking a SVP, Manufacturing to lead the global manufacturing and warehouse operations, shaping strategy and execution across a multi-region footprint. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing and warehouse/distribution operations.
• Proven track record leading large, multi-site operations across regions.
• Expertise in manufacturing systems, warehouse operations, Lean/CI, and KPIs.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L responsibility and capital planning.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives including automation and digitalization.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global manufacturing and warehouse strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Lead global footprint optimization, capacity planning, site selection, and automation.
• Establish standardized operating models and governance across regions with local respect.
• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations ensuring quality, efficiency, and output.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methods.
• Champion Industry 4.0 innovations in manufacturing processes and digital tech.
• Lead global warehouse operations including inventory management and logistics.
