• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing and warehouse/distribution operations, with global responsibility.
• Proven track record of leading large, complex, multi-site operations across multiple regions.
• Deep expertise in manufacturing systems, warehouse operations, Lean/Continuous Improvement, and operational KPIs.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L responsibility and capital planning.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives, including automation and digitalization.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a global manufacturing and warehouse operations strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead global footprint optimization, capacity planning, site selection, expansion, consolidation, and automation initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple global sites for quality and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Champion innovation in manufacturing processes, equipment, and digital technologies (e.g., Industry 4.0).
• Lead global warehouse and distribution operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and network optimization.
• Manage KPIs and deliver productivity gains and margin improvements.
• Build and lead a high-performing global operations leadership team.
• Foster safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
• Strengthen resilience with risk assessments and business continuity planning.
• Communicate with senior leadership, board, and global teams.
