Job summary

Seven Seas Water Group seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the Project, Process, and EI&C Engineers who design seawater and brackish water RO plants for municipal and industrial customers in the U.S. and internationally.

You'll own the engineering schedule, coordinate cross-disciplinary checks, and drive early risk mitigation while building capacity and a strong team for on-time delivery. This is a working, leadership role in Tampa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Chemical or Mechanical preferred).
• 8–12 years in project execution or system integration in water treatment preferred.
• Track record of delivering engineering scope on schedule in a project-driven environment.
• 5+ years managing engineers with a focus on developing people.
• Experience managing engineering subcontracts and outside firms to quality standards.
• Ability to read/approve P&IDs, PFDs, GAs, specs and calculations across process, mechanical, EI&C.
• Hybrid schedule based in Tampa with 10–20% travel.
• PE license and PMP a plus; Spanish and ERP-experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering schedule for every project, from planning drawings to procurement packages.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary checks among process, mechanical, and EI&C engineering.
• Mentor engineers with real development plans and build a collaborative team culture.
• Lead as a working manager, able to review P&ID or calculations and make critical calls.
