Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in business controls, risk, audit, or transformation within global financial institutions.
• Demonstrated leadership of enterprise-level control or risk transformation initiatives.
• Experience using AI to enhance risk and control processes – ideation, scoping, testing and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the controls transformation program focusing on modernization, simplification, and automation.
• Design and track measures of success for the transformation program.
• Spearhead AI transformation efforts for business risk and control in partnership with second line and technology teams.
• Identify opportunities where AI automation improves accuracy, cycle time, resilience, and control effectiveness.
• Prepare and present executive-ready insights and updates for senior leadership and oversight forums.
• Foster collaboration across global teams to ensure regulatory alignment and effective control design.
