Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Sustainability Specialist to advance global regulatory reporting and disclosures. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Accounting, and business units to ensure accurate ESG reporting in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.

The role emphasizes developing, validating, and delivering high-quality disclosures in alignment with CSRD and ESRS standards, with cross-functional engagement and leadership across worldwide sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in sustainability disclosure/related fields.
• Minimum 5 years in project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience synthesizing large qualitative and quantitative data for external reports.
• Experience with human rights impact assessments or value chain mapping.
• Strong understanding of CSRD/ESRS and related due diligence frameworks (UNGPs, HREDD, HRIA).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate regulations’ requirements and develop reporting plans with focus on social metrics.
• Refine reporting methodologies, templates, and alignment with regulatory expectations.
• Analyze large sustainability data and draft disclosures aligned with ESRS/regulatory standards.
• Design stakeholder engagement strategies and provide clear metrics and guidance.
• Coordinate data collection with cross-functional partners to validate findings.
• Manage workstreams to ensure on-time, high-quality reporting deliverables.
