Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. seeks a Sustainability Data Lead to manage the data strategy and reporting across multiple markets. You will oversee data systems and dashboards, ensure accuracy, and drive improvements aligned with our sustainability program.

You will collaborate with operations, customers, IT, finance, and consultants to ensure program alignment and robust governance. A strong background in data analytics, reporting, and regulatory awareness is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4–6 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma with 7–9+ years of specific experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage sustainability data and reporting strategy across 18 markets for consistency and accuracy.
• Provide regulatory intelligence and analytics insights to inform strategies for Martin Brower and customers.
• Oversee data systems and dashboards to ensure timely, accurate reporting and drive improvement opportunities.
• Establish data governance and management practices to track progress, measure impact and enable audits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure program alignment and data accuracy.
• Support sustainability outcomes by integrating data into capital planning and analyzing environmental impact.
