The role leads the development of the global data strategy, governance framework and digital capabilities across Sustainability, Regulatory, IT and Supply Chain. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in data analytics, information systems, sustainability or related fields.
- Significant experience in data governance, analytics and enterprise reporting.
- Experience in global, matrixed organizations.
- Experience implementing data governance, digital solutions, or reporting capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop global sustainability data strategy and governance.
- Lead digital solutions and systems for sustainability and product stewardship.
- Define data models and system specifications for sustainability initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional projects across Sustainability, IT, Regulatory, Supply Chain.
- Build dashboards and reporting tools for senior leadership.
- Ensure data quality and compliance across regulatory requirements.
