Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of cross-functional leaders to translate business and functional requirements into concrete deliverables, including design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable, distributed services.
• Collaborate with groups of experts and cross-functional colleagues in an agile environment
• Discover, define, and apply scientific, engineering, and business best practices to customer problems
• Work on a variety of challenging problems that have potential to significantly impact sustainability objectives
• Comfortably sort through urgency and opportunity to continuously deliver for customers while maintaining progress towards long term targets
