Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Lead Architect to drive architectural design across data center projects. You will guide architecture, structural engineering and security, ensuring repeatable, scalable solutions globally.

The role requires extensive coordination with Design Engineering, New Site Development, Sustainability and regional teams, plus a focus on ESG and decarbonization goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required; Master's degree and licensure are preferred.
• 10+ years in architectural design, especially mission-critical or high-performance buildings.
• Strong knowledge of codes, permitting and cross-discipline coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture, Structural Engineering and Physical Security domains for a global data center platform.
• Set standards and reference designs to improve quality and repeatability across regions.
• Collaborate with NA, EMEA and APAC teams to ensure viable, scalable solutions.
• Mentor and develop team members to build capability and credibility.
