Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks an accomplished Architect to lead multiple design domains for a scalable global product platform. You will set standards, coordinate across NA/EMEA/APAC regions and drive resilient, cost-effective design solutions for hyperscale facilities.

The role requires 10+ years of architectural design experience, advanced Revit skills and strong cross-functional collaboration—travel 10-15% is expected as projects span regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture and professional licensure as required.
• 10+ years architectural design experience, preferably mission-critical or high-performance buildings.
• Proficiency in Revit; experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Office, PowerPoint, InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of codes, permitting, cross-discipline coordination and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture, Structural Engineering and Physical Security domains within the DCE System.
• Set and evolve standards, reference designs and variants across regions.
• Provide technical leadership on spatial planning, campus design and access strategy.
• Drive constructability, resilience and industrialized delivery approaches.
• Collaborate with diverse regional teams to maintain global standards.
• Mentor team members to build capability and credibility across the function.
• Prepare design presentations and participate in design reviews.
